These answers come from the year-long archive of my previous chatbot that lived on my previous site iamnicola.ai. I’ve curated the most useful sessions—real questions from operators exploring AI workflows, experimentation, and conversion work—and lightly edited them so you get the original signal without the noise.

How do I improve accessibility in my designs?

Improving accessibility ensures your product is usable by people with disabilities. Follow WCAG guidelines—ensure sufficient color contrast (minimum 4.5:1 for text), provide text alternatives for images, ensure keyboard navigation works, use proper heading hierarchy, and make forms accessible with labels and error messages. Test with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. Avoid relying solely on color to convey information. Ensure interactive elements are large enough (minimum 44x44px) and have clear focus states. Provide captions for videos and transcripts for audio. Many accessibility improvements benefit all users, not just those with disabilities. Example: Adding proper alt text to images helps screen reader users and also improves SEO and provides fallback text if images fail to load.
